Hello and welcome to our online shop :)
This is a brief guide to help you to order our Running Contact Mats and what you should keep in mind so that we can process your order as fast as possible.
First of all, please read: FAQs (click here). If you have read our frequently asked questions and you still have a question to our products or to the shipping then please feel free to contact us via E-Mail:
1. Step: Choose your RUNNING CONTACT MAT
In the navigation bar on the left side you find "Onlineshop". If you click on this button you will see the following submenues (On your mobile phone there are three lines on top of your display. Click on this button with the three lines and then you will see the button "Onlineshop". Then click on the "+" to open the menu):
Please tell us how much your dog weights. We need to know the weight of your dog so we can adjust the thickness of the mat to your dogs weight. You can tell us the weight of your dog in the box at the end of the side of your shopping cart below the total costs.
2. Step: Choose one or multiple MODULES
In the second step you can decide which module you want. We have an acoustic module called "Akustisches Modul", which makes a sound when the dog touches the mat. Then there is the module called "TT Modul" which you can connect to your Treat & Train. This means, when your dog touches the mat the Treat & Train dispenses a treat. Then we have another module, we call the "TNT Akustik Modul". This module has an acoustic signal and also a LED light as a optical signal. The newest one we have is the "TNT Vibra Modul". This one vibrates if the dog touches the mat. Please note: If you want to order the TNT Vibra Modul you need to order additional the TT Modul. The TT Modul is the one you connect to your mat and the TNT Vibra Modul is the one you hold in your hand or that you carry in your pocket (etc.) and vibrates when your dog touches the mat.
3. Step: Choose optional a transport bag
We have handmade sewn bags to transport the mats. You can find the bags with the right measurements for the Running Contact Mat for the dogwalk or the A-frame here: Bags
4. Step: Choose optional extras
In the navigation bar you find Extras (Click here). There you can add a rubber coating to the upper side (on which your dog runs). This is a thin and transparent layer that will make it easier and way more slip-resistant when your dog makes tight turns on the mat.
